Shelly, Jake, and Abe {Family Session}

I had such a blast with Shelly, Jake and Abe during their family portrait session last Saturday. Shelly and I went to EMU together, and it was so great to see her and her beautiful family. Abe is the cutest little Michigan Wolverine around, and Shelly and Jake are expecting a baby girl in August.

Jess + Mike {Engaged}

I am so excited to share the rest of the photos from Mike and Jess's Engagement session. Mike and Jess are the "Ross and Rachel" of my group of friends. You know... the couple that everyone is rooting for to get together? I literally squealed with excitement when they started dating (and no words can really describe how excited I was when they got engaged!!).

A huge congrats to my good friends! Can't wait for the big day :)

Kelvin {Newborn Session}

When my co-worker, Beth, asked me to photograph the newest addition to her family I just about died with excitement. For anyone who knows Beth, you know what a blessed little boy Kelvin is, and her joy is just contagious. Kelvin did such a great job at his first photo shoot. He was such an active little guy I'm sure he'll be crawling in no time :)

Kelvin refused to go to sleep at first with all the action going on.... but a bottle later, and some snuggle time with mom....

And we had a pretty sleepy boy on our hands :).
